I'd give up an NCAA bid (although it would automatically come with the territory), to hang a banner in Cassell Coliseum that said "ACC Champions", knowing it went through UNC and Duke to get it.

Yeah, the NCAA tournament is important, but it takes an awful lot of luck, the good draw, staying healthy, and only one team comes out of it.

Take last year for example, one and done. Sure it was nice to be there, but otherwise big deal.

It's kind of like football and the playoff. Just win your own damn conference and then see what happens from there. That's the controllable goal.

I don't care who wins or loses these other games, I just want us to win ours.
